Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is on our roadmap — if you'd like us to come to your country, tell us where.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping options & timing
- Standard shipping (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $5.99.
- Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99.
- Priority shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Carriers occasionally experience delays, especially during holidays. We'll always send you tracking info so you know exactly where your package is.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you don't see the email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder — and if it's still missing, let us know.
Returns & exchanges
Our return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. We want you to feel good about your purchase — if something isn't working for you, we'd rather make it right.
What can be returned
- Returnable: Unopened, unused items in original packaging — including meal prep containers, water bottles, and silk pillowcases (when sealed).
- Non-returnable for hygiene reasons: Opened compression socks, opened compression sleeves, opened acupressure wristbands, and unsealed silk pillowcases. We can only accept these back if they arrive defective or damaged.
How to start a return
- Email returns@mybodysupply.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days (for domestic returns).
- Drop the package off at any USPS location.
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For different sizes or colors of compression socks or sleeves, the fastest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. We'll prioritize the new shipment for you.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund right away — no return required for damaged items.
