Frequently Asked Questions
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. All orders over $65 ship free.
When will my order be processed? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at mybodysupply.com/track at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us at support@mybodysupply.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make changes before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do? First check with neighbours and building management, and wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages early. If your order still hasn't arrived, email support@mybodysupply.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most items. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact returns@mybodysupply.com and we will make it right with a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return? Email your name and order number to returns@mybodysupply.com. We will reply within 1 business day with a free prepaid return label. Drop it at any UPS or USPS location and your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Allow a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or card statement.
Can I return a Compression Sleeve? For hygiene reasons, Compression Sleeves cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. If your item is defective or the wrong size was sent, we will replace it for free.
Can I return part of a bundle? Bundles must be returned as a complete set. Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless individual items are damaged or defective.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Email returns@mybodysupply.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
PRODUCTS
Are your products designed specifically for GLP-1 users? Yes. Every product in our store was designed with GLP-1 patients in mind – solving the specific challenges that come with using Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and similar medications. We are GLP-1 patients ourselves.
Is the Insulated Travel Case compatible with all GLP-1 pens? Yes. It is designed to fit all major GLP-1 injection pens including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Victoza, and Saxenda. It keeps medication at the correct temperature for up to 18 hours.
How long does the Travel Case keep medication cold? Up to 18 hours with the included ice pack, maintaining the recommended 36–46°F storage temperature for all GLP-1 injectable medications.
What sizes do the Compression Sleeves come in? Compression Sleeves are available in S, M, L, and XL. Please refer to the sizing guide on the product page for exact measurements before ordering.
Is the Wedge Pillow washable? Yes. The pillow cover is fully removable and machine washable. The foam core should be spot-cleaned only.
Are your products medical devices? No. Our products are lifestyle accessories designed to support GLP-1 patients. They are not medical devices and are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any condition. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical guidance.
What if I am not on GLP-1 medication – can I still use your products? Absolutely. Our products are designed with GLP-1 users in mind but are beneficial for anyone going through a weight loss or body transformation journey.
PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT
Do I need an account to order? No. You can check out as a guest. However creating an account lets you track orders and access your purchase history easily.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer Buy Now Pay Later through Afterpay and Klarna.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL. We never store credit card numbers – all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Do you offer a discount for first-time orders? Yes. Sign up to our email list and receive 10% off your first order, plus our free GLP-1 Survival Guide. Your discount code is delivered instantly.
MEDICAL
Do you offer medical advice? No. myBodySupply is not a healthcare provider. Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice. Always consult your licensed healthcare professional for guidance on your medication, health, or treatment.
Is the Travel Case required for storing my medication? Your medication's storage requirements are set by the manufacturer. We strongly recommend keeping GLP-1 pens refrigerated at all times. Our Travel Case is the safest and most elegant way to transport them. Consult your prescriber or pharmacist for specific storage guidance.
Are you affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly? No. myBodySupply is entirely independent. We are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer. References to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and similar medications are for product compatibility identification only.
