Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
US Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.99
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $24.99
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $65.
Free Shipping
All US orders of $65 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout – no code needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS or USPS) or visit mybodysupply.com/track.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not covered by myBodySupply.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, we recommend checking with neighbours and your building management first, and waiting 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages early. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@mybodysupply.com and we will resolve it promptly.
myBodySupply is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If you are concerned about porch theft we recommend shipping to a secure address.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Email us at support@mybodysupply.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email support@mybodysupply.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will make it right.
