Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

No lengthy explanations needed. No hoops to jump through. 

Just reach out and we will make it right. 


What Can Be Returned

The following items are eligible for return within 30 days, unused and in original condition:

  • Insulated Injection Travel Case
  • Transformation Measurement Kit
  • Balance & Stability Board
  • Recovery Wedge Pillow
  • 90-Day Transformation Journal
  • Starter Bundle – all items must be returned together

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Compression Sleeves — once packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons
  • Digital downloads and PDF guides
  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Partial bundle returns — bundles must be returned as a complete set

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you regardless of the return eligibility rules above. Email us at returns@mybodysupply.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email your name and order number to returns@mybodysupply.com. No need to explain yourself — a one-line email is perfectly fine.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at any UPS or USPS location at your convenience.
  4. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear on your bank or card statement after your refund is processed. This is your bank's processing time, not ours.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different size or product. Follow the same return process and note in your email that you would like an exchange. Exchanges ship free.


Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, email us at returns@mybodysupply.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong one at our expense. You will never be out of pocket due to our mistake.
