Frequently Asked Questions

If you're new here, welcome. We've put together answers to the questions we get most often. If yours isn't here, just drop us a line — we're real people, and we read every message.

About our products

Are these products medical devices?

No. Our products are everyday lifestyle and wellness items — things like containers, water bottles, compression socks, and pillowcases. They're designed to make daily life more comfortable, but they are not medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have specific health concerns, please talk to your healthcare provider.

Do you sell supplements, vitamins, or anything I'd ingest?

Nope. We made a deliberate choice not to sell anything that goes inside your body. There are great companies for that. We focus on the physical, tangible things that support your daily routine — the cup you sip from, the pillowcase you sleep on, the socks you put on each morning.

Why are your meal prep containers so small?

That's the whole point. Our 8oz containers are sized for the way many of our customers actually eat now — smaller, more intentional portions. Standard 32oz meal prep containers are great if you're eating big meals, but if your appetite has shifted, they tend to encourage either overeating or wasted food. Smaller containers make a smaller meal feel complete.

Will compression socks help with swelling or circulation issues?

Light graduated compression (like our 15-20 mmHg socks) is widely used to support circulation and reduce daily leg fatigue. Many people find them helpful, especially during travel, long days on their feet, or periods of significant body change. That said, compression isn't right for everyone — if you have a circulatory condition, diabetes, or any vascular concerns, please check with your doctor before use.

About the lifestyle

Are these products only for people on GLP-1 medications?

Not at all. While many of our customers are navigating life on medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, our products work for anyone whose appetite, body, or routine is changing — whether that's from medication, surgery, lifestyle, or any other reason. There's no membership card. If it serves you, it's for you.

I'm experiencing nausea. Will the wristbands help?

Acupressure wristbands are a traditional, drug-free comfort tool used at the P6 point on the inner wrist. Many people find them helpful for queasy moments — morning, travel, post-meal. They're not a cure for nausea, and we don't make medical claims. They're a reusable, gentle option to keep nearby for the days you need them. If your nausea is persistent or severe, please talk to your healthcare provider.

I'm worried about hair thinning. Will a silk pillowcase help?

Silk pillowcases reduce friction between your hair and your pillow at night, which can help reduce breakage, tangling, and split ends. They won't regrow hair or stop hair loss caused by other factors, but they're a gentle daily upgrade that many people with finer or more fragile hair appreciate.
